Colombia - Inza

Inzá sits in Colombia's central Andes, about 91km from the capital of Cauca. The coffee comes from smallholders farming around two hectares each, across 16 communities and 35 villages. Local collector Jesus Volveras takes in the deliveries and dries them on his own farm before they are graded and cupped at a mill in Popayán.
