Colombia - Atunkaa (Decaf)

Grown by smallholders in Jardín, in south-western Antioquia. The Western Andes here give volcanic soils and altitudes between 1,700 and 2,100m, so the cherries mature slowly and develop real sweetness. Helvetia's purchase point, opened in 2022, connects the growers directly to specialty buyers.
